Frequently Asked Questions

What times do events run?

Most DCS events run Sunday evenings (typically 5-9 PM), but we can discuss scheduling that works for your venue. The key is consistency—same day, same time, every week.

How much space do we need?

Ideally, space for 4-6 four-top tables during events. That accommodates 16-24 players comfortably. We can work with less space for smaller groups.

Do we need to provide dominoes?

DCS provides or coordinates domino sets. You just provide the tables and chairs.

What if attendance drops?

DCS works with organizers to maintain and grow attendance. If a venue consistently underperforms, we'll work together on solutions before considering changes.

Can we host other events on the same day?

Typically, DCS events occupy 3-4 hours. You can have other activities before or after, as long as the DCS event has dedicated space during those hours.

What if we need to cancel an event?

Communicate cancellations as early as possible. DCS will notify players and reschedule. Frequent cancellations may affect partnership standing.

Do players have to buy food/drinks?

That's between you and your customers. Many venues find that players naturally spend during 2-3 hour events. Some venues offer event specials to encourage spending.
